The venue, “The Fable” is appropriate because the book theme in the bar’s name and interior implies a story and mac most definitely have a “good news” story to tell. The venue is also very centrally located in the Farringdon / Clerkenwell area which is one of the fastest growing and popular commercial growth areas, especially seen in recent years by the take up of furniture and interior design product showrooms. Our top floor bar location being accessed from Holborn Viaduct is also just a 2 minute walk from St Pauls and the start of the City “Square Mile”
The event was attended by Project Managers, Architects and Design Consultants, past and present mac clients and clients associated with individuals in the UK Interiors team’s recent past. It was also a chance for key suppliers and subcontractors to meet the wider mac team.
The event was intended to raise awareness and reinforce the message that mac has a strong, multi-disciplined team in the UK robustly supported by the Group as a whole.
The team in London and Ireland have had an overwhelming response to the event with many contacts saying that we are providing a refreshing new approach at a time when the market is seeking a new construction and fit out partner with solid foundations to challenge the status quo. People are talking to us about the projects they are planning.
